Michael J. Webb, MD

Michael J. Webb, MD, is ORCA’s Medical Director. As an Occupational Medicine Provider, he specializes in addiction and is certified in buprenorphine treatment. Sally and Dr. Webb’s affiliation began over a decade ago. In his role as a Medical Review Officer, Dr. Webb would issue true positive determinations for employees subject to drug testing as a prerequisite for continued employment. The resulting job losses weighed heavily on him, as he had no remedial options to offer those affected by their drug dependency. ORCA filled that gap then and continues today as the foundation for these two passionate professionals.
